Return & Refund Policy

SendFlower.ph's Satisfaction Guaranteed Refund and Return Policy:

At SendFlower.ph, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring the delivery of your order is perfect, but in case something goes wrong, we are here to listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our customer service team is trained to handle concerns and will determine the best course of action for you.

Refunds:

  • If the customer cancels their order 5 days before the delivery date, they will receive a full refund, minus a service charge of either US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is larger.
  • If the customer cancels 3 days before the delivery date, they will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.
  • Orders cancelled less than 3 days before the delivery date are not eligible for a refund.

Returns and Replacements:
If the customer is not satisfied with their item for a valid reason, it may be replaced if returned within 3 business days. Unfortunately, refunds are not available.

We will replace the item if the following occur and are reported within 24 hours of delivery:

  • Faulty items
  • Damaged items during transit

Ineligible for exchange with other items.
